Commercial Manager

Job description

  • Develop new business and find new customer to support company growth.
  • Leading and Managing Commercial team (3 Sales executives and 2 sales supports)
  • Good understanding of Sales KPIs, Target GP, Sales forecast and tracking, Monthly and Yearly Sales Target /
  • Plan and Annual budget.
  • Sales strategy and CRM framework.
  • New customer acquisition.
  • Customer retention and account growth.
  • Oversee RFP and tender process.
  • Support team to deliver effective performance reporting and top management information.
  • Promote strong teamwork within unit, cross-functional teamwork to drive business growth, and process efficiency.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • At least 10 years experience in logistics sales
  • At least 3 years of management experience, leading teams of no less than 3 members
  • Track record in new customer acquisition in logistics (preferably trucking)
  • Proven track record and existing relationships with customer (preferably in FMCG and pharma)
  • Track record in customer retention and account growth (upsell and cross-sell experience)
  • Deep understanding of the Thailand logistics market and customer need across various industries, preferably in FMCG and pharma
  • Experience / track record in logistic contract RFP / tender wins
  • Experience in entrepreneurial and hands-on working environment
  • Computer literacy, especially Excel
  • Good command of written and spoken English
