Job description
- Develop new business and find new customer to support company growth.
- Leading and Managing Commercial team (3 Sales executives and 2 sales supports)
- Good understanding of Sales KPIs, Target GP, Sales forecast and tracking, Monthly and Yearly Sales Target /
- Plan and Annual budget.
- Sales strategy and CRM framework.
- New customer acquisition.
- Customer retention and account growth.
- Oversee RFP and tender process.
- Support team to deliver effective performance reporting and top management information.
- Promote strong teamwork within unit, cross-functional teamwork to drive business growth, and process efficiency.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- At least 10 years experience in logistics sales
- At least 3 years of management experience, leading teams of no less than 3 members
- Track record in new customer acquisition in logistics (preferably trucking)
- Proven track record and existing relationships with customer (preferably in FMCG and pharma)
- Track record in customer retention and account growth (upsell and cross-sell experience)
- Deep understanding of the Thailand logistics market and customer need across various industries, preferably in FMCG and pharma
- Experience / track record in logistic contract RFP / tender wins
- Experience in entrepreneurial and hands-on working environment
- Computer literacy, especially Excel
- Good command of written and spoken English
